The American Alliance for Professional Acupuncture Safety is a multi-state union of associations, acupuncture schools and organizations, and dedicated practitioners of acupuncture.
In this alliance, all the organizations are equal, follow the principle of democracy, cooperation, consultation, and consensus, with voting as needed to finalize our decisions.
AAPAS (American Alliance for Professional Acupuncture and Safety) is an alliance composed of a majority of Chinese acupuncture organizations and schools in the United States. The organization formed with the purpose of opposing the illegal dry needling from PT and strives for the legitimate rights and benefits for acupuncturists.
We believe our values have guided all members of AAPAS to o build a close-knit, mutually beneficial community. We hope that every Traditional Chinese Medicine acupuncturist will be able to better help patients in our community and that more people will choose Traditional Chinese Medicine.
