Binghui Guan is a Chief Chinese Medical Doctor (WFCMS), a New York State Licensed Acupuncturist. She has been practicing Acupuncture independently from 1999 at EastWest Healing Arts and Acupuncture, Inc. in Westchester County， New York.
She has served on the UANYSLA’s executive committee since 2006, and as the legislative Vice President currently. She has been also a board member of American Alliance for Professional Acupuncture Safety (AAPAS) since 2020.

1986年中山大学毕业后到纽约大学（NYU）留学获公共行政管理硕士学位（MPA
1989）。随后在纽约市政府的精神健康卫生部门工作11年。
自1999年在三州针灸学院获针灸硕士及取得纽约州针灸执照后，在纽约州威郡独立开业至今。从
2002年始研修聚焦（Focusing）心身疗法并将之整合到针灸临床形神并治。曾在纽约三州针灸学院及纽约中医学院讲授聚焦针灸。
她从2006年起参加纽约州执照针灸医师联合公会（UANYSLA）的副主席工作，曾任秘书长职位4年，立法副会长8年。现任美国职业针灸和安全联盟（APPAS）的财务部长，及世中联心身医学分会常务委员。
